Bug-how could this be missed? (IOS 7)

Bigtime rendering issue- When rendering .docx files, this App is not preserving the underlined, blue font for embedded URL links?? Hot links show up as ordinary black text ? note- the links do work, but only if if you can find ’em !
How could this have been missed, during testing ?
